SACRED MOON YOGA

A salutation to welcome calm and soothing energies for the body by using a sequence of yoga postures which harness and honor the energy of the moon. The Moon Salutation, Chandra Namaskara, uses the meditative, calming qualities of the poses to help form a strong connection to the breath, stretch and strengthen all the muscle groups, increase circulation, build a strong respiratory system, aid in the digestive system, boost the immune system, unwind a busy mind and release physical and mental tension in preparation for the body and the mind to have a restful evening. Ms Kari creates a symmetrical and balanced flow, rotating around the mat from right to left experiencing each poses while aligning with the moon’s energy through our breath.

SOUND HEALING

 A meditative practice where a trained practitioner uses different musical instruments to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. When playing particular instruments tuned at specific frequencies, Ms Kari creates and holds a sacred space filled with healing frequencies and vibrations that bathe you from head to toe. Tibetan Healing Bowls create calming sound waves that help to heal, unblock and balance the stagnant energies in the body. This is a gentle alternative therapeutic treatment is for everyone, especially those whom struggle with anxiety, stress, and suppressed emotions. This meditative practice amplifies the emotional, physical and spiritual benefits of an ancient practice allowing the whole Self to heal.

MOON RITUAL

A ceremony to align us with the frequencies of the moon phases, zodiac signs, planets, and the entire universal vibration.

Curated with spiritually charged crystals, stones, herbs and all representations of that day's moon phase, zodiac sign and planet. Each participant is invited to place their jewelry or special belonging on the altar so they may be charged during the ceremony.
